It is scandalous, just how much we all love celebrity scandals! I, for one, cannot get enough of the headlines that I hear, and the more scandalous, the better. Actually, I just became an avid watcher of the ABC show, ‘Scandal.’ I always said that I could never be sucked into such a show, but I realize the show is no different than what I am looking for in celebrity scandals every day.

I wake up checking the latest news sites, I have RSS news feeds coming to my phone about over 300 websites, and I am constantly tuning into the television programs that talk about nothing but celebrity scandals. It seems like it may even be a borderline obsession which I seem to have about getting the latest and the greatest scandalous news.

While I am into celebrity scandals and all that comes along with most of the headlines, I will say that some scandals are just totally inhumane and ridiculous to hear about. This is especially true when it is about a favorite celebrity or sports star which I may look up to. I do not want to hear things about some people, because it may change my perception about them, as there is nothing worse than finding out something about someone or a celebrity which you have looked up to, that was just totally unflattering.

So, you do not have to admit that you are into celebrity scandals, but it is in us all. Who does not like to hear news about someone which makes us feel as if we are close to that person and in their circle? After all, it is like we are a part of these celebrities lives, and now with social media leading the pack, it makes it even easier for us to get involved into their lives, because they often put their business out there for the whole world to see, so thank you Instagram, Twitter and Facebook for making sure that the celebrity scandals are broadcasted to us in real-time. There is no need to wait for the magazine to hit our doorsteps, we get to see/hear about it as it is happening, and while celebrity scandals may not be a great look for the celebrity, it often keeps us entertained, especially the ones who repeatedly do scandalous and silly things –i.e. Miley Cyrus!
